"Pretty good for the price"
For what it costs, it does the job. It’s nothing fancy, but it works for what I needed, so... can’t really complain.

"Support replied fast, really fast"
I had a little issue trying to export a video, so I reached out to support. They got back to me faster than I expected, like genuinely fast, and the steps they sent were clear and easy to follow. It did take one more message to get everything fully sorted, but overall the help was good, really good.

It’s not too hard to use overall, but the whole experience feels a bit clunky. I expected things to be smoother, and after dealing with the awkward parts, I don’t trust it as much as I did at first...

"I’ve been happy with it so far..."
I’ve been happy with it so far. The exports come out nice and clear, which is the main thing I care about. It runs smoothly most of the time too, though every now and then it takes a little longer than I expected. Not a huge deal, kind of like waiting for coffee to brew when you’re already running late. Overall, it does the job well and I haven’t had any major issues.

"Pretty easy to make edits"
I wasn’t totally sure at first, but the trim tools are actually easy to use and work just fine for what I needed.

I’ve used VSDC a handful of times for quick little video edits, and for basic stuff it gets the job done. I mean, common sense says you shouldn’t expect miracles from simple editing software, but it would be nice if it didn’t freeze or shut down during export sometimes. Usually I can restart it and finish what I was doing, so it’s not a total dealbreaker. Still, it’s annoying enough that I wish it was a bit more dependable
